Everything begins with a deep dialogue

After you send your request, I will check my calendar to ensure I am free for your event. Following that, I will reach out to discuss your unique ideas so we can create a powerful and intentional celebration that truly honors your personal narrative and shared values.

The Step-by-Step Approach

Weddings: $500 • Wedding rehearsals (on request): $150 • Vow renewals: $275 • Dedication ceremonies: $350

1. First StepYou fill out the inquiry form to initiate the process and check my availability. I recommend doing this as far in advance as possible.

2. Personal ConsultAfter reviewing your details, I will reach out for a voice call to understand your needs and finalize our scheduled meeting.

3. Booking & ContractTo lock in your date, a 50% retainer is needed. I will then provide a formal agreement and confirmation covering all event logistics.

4. One Month OutRoughly 30 days before your service, we will connect to refine the script and prepare any personalized readings or speeches you wish to share.

5. Finalizing PlansWith 25 days left, I will deliver the ceremony draft and outline for your approval and finalize the balance. We can also arrange a walkthrough.

6. The Final CheckWith five days to go, I will touch base to verify the location details and give you a clear overview of the proceedings for the big day.

7. Celebration DayI will be on-site 45 minutes prior to start. We will handle the signature process before starting the ceremony, which lasts roughly 30 minutes.

8. Official FilingI submit the legal paperwork to the Registrar General within 48 hours. Your formal certificate can be requested from Ontario after 6 to 12 weeks.
